|Canned potatoes||1 Pound|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce|
Heat butter in a large skillet, brown the chicken pieces.
Add salt and pepper while cooking.
Add chicken broth, cover skillet, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add mushrooms, potatoes, onion rings, salt, and paprika, cook for 5 minutes more, adding 1/4 cup chicken broth if needed.
Last, add peas and tomatoes, cook for a few minutes more, until chicken and vegetables are heated through.
Serve with your favorite hot bread.
