|Chicken thighs||2 Pound|
|Scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Sesame seed||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ginger root||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Remove skin from chicken.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
In a medium mixing bowl combine minced scallions, the sesame seed, sesame oil, gingerroot, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pat the sesame mixture onto chicken thighs.
Place chicken, bone side down, in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 50 to 60 minutes or till chicken is tender and juices run clear.
