Herb And Lemon Flavored Chicken

|Dried basil/Tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Skewer neck skin to back.
Twist wing tips under back.
Lightly season chicken cavity with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Rub surface of chicken with two of the lemon wedges; place remaining wedges inside cavity.
Tie legs with string.
Sprinkle chicken with basil.
Place chicken, breast side up, in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 1 to 1 1/4 hours or till meat thermometer registers 180Â°F (82 Â°C) and drumsticks move easily in their sockets.
Transfer chicken to serving platter; remove lemon wedges.
Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
