Chicken Liver Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 75 Gram
  Plain flour 50 Gram
  Chicken liver 350 Gram
  Stock 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cashew nuts 12
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt 45 gms.
butter.
Add the flour, and cook for a few minutes.
Gradually, add the stock, stirring all the time until it thickens & boils.
Season.
Mince 250 gms.
of the chicken liver and add to the liquid.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Heat the rest of the butter in a pan & saute the remaining chicken livers.
Slice them and reserve them for garnish.
Before serving, reheat and add sliced livers to the soup.
NOTE : The cashew nuts are to be minced with the chicken livers
