Chicken Breasts Soubise
|Chicken breast halves||4|
|Soft butter||50 Milliliter|
|White vermouth||60 Milliliter|
Place the onion rings in the bottom of an 8 X 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) ceramic or Micro-Dur dish.
Shape the breasts nicely and place one in each corner of the dish.
Mix together the salt, soft butter, pepper, thyme and paprika.
Spread over the top of each breast, preferably with your fingers.
Microwave uncovered 10 minutes at HIGH.
Remove the breasts from the dish without turning them.
Add the vermouth and stir well.
Microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Return the breasts to the dish.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes.
Set the chicken on a warm serving dish.
Discard the onions Add the cream to the sauce.
Beat with a metal whisk or an electric beater.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Pour over the chicken breasts or all around.
