Orange Marmalade Chicken Wings

Wash wings and dry with paper towelling.
Tuck the tips under the larger joints to form a triangle.
Place the butter in an 8 X 12-inch (20 x 30 cm) microwave-safe dish and melt 2 minutes at HIGH.
Mix together the tarragon or basil, salt, pepper and paprika.
Season the wings with this mixture.
Place in the hot butter, with the small points of wings on top.
Microwave 10 minutes at HIGH, turn wings over and microwave another 6 minutes at HIGH.
Spread wings with the orange marmalade or apple jelly mixed with orange rind.
Microwave another 2 minutes at HIGH.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Baste 3 times while standing with the juices accumulated in the bottom of the dish.
Equally good served hot or cold.
