Rosemary Rice With Chicken And Carrots

This is a very easy rice recipe and I love it. Easy make and delicious. It has the right blend of spices and flavor. Rosemary chicken and rice is ready in few minutes and makes a wholesome meal.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 15 Milliliter
  Boneless chicken breast 1 , cut cubes
  Chopped onion 60 Milliliter
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Crushed peppercorn 5 Milliliter
  Fresh rosemary 30 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Rice 120 Milliliter
  Orange juice 120 Milliliter
  Chicken broth 120 Milliliter
  Sliced bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon zest 15 Milliliter
Directions

Medium heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add chicken, onion, garlic clove, peppercorn, rosemary, and squirt of lemon juice.
Stir well, cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Add rice, orange juice, and chicken broth.
High heat the skillet, stir the ingredients.
Add bell pepper, carrot, lemon zest, and squirt of lemon juice.
Stir the ingredients.
Bring them to boil.
Cover the skillet, simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir, and enjoy!!
