Make these crispy chicken bites for a dinner that is both fun and delicious. you can also put these into the school lunch box!
Corn flakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chicken | 1 Pound , cut into bite size pieces | |
Buttermilk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Cooking spray | 1 Dash |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease the baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a Ziploc, place the cornflakes and lightly crush with a rolling pin. Take out in a shallow bowl.
MAKING
3. In a shallow bowl, mix together buttermilk and salt.
4. Dip the chicken pieces into and roll in crushed cornflakes. Place over the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes.
SERVING
6. Pack the chicken bites for lunch box along with some corn and ketchup.
NOTES
You can also freeze these bites and bake them whenever needed.
