Island Chicken Breasts
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken breast halves||4|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce|
Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well.
Place chicken in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; brush with half of marmalade mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Â° for 50 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining marmalade mixture.
Spoon pineapple chunks and orange sections over chicken; bake an additional 10 minutes.
