1. For sauce, in a small bowl, mix honey, lime, spice blend, soy sauce, and olive oil.
2. Place a pan on flame and pour oil in it.
3. Drop chicken, stir and cook until brown.
4. Add garlic, mushroom, peas, red bell pepper, and sauce. Stir fry on medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until veggies are cooked through.
5. Garnish with cilantro and serve stir fry hot.
You can add carrot or any other vegetable, meat, seafood, or tofu.
