Yes, you are true, chicken is indeed healthier compared to many poultry and meat. May be coz I am a die hard of chicken recipes in any form, I am quite sure I would love this too. Also, soft and crunchy is a much desirable combination, especially for chicken! Great recipe!

I always skin my chickens and remove the fat-then it is healthy! I love Cornish Game Hens-very little fat and one is perfect for two. Actually one feeds us twice as we don't eat so much meat. Rabbit & goat are also lean and healthy eating. Shanti/Mary-Anne
