|Broiler fryer||3 Pound|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Coat a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour melted butter into dish, spreading evenly.
Combine flour and salt; dredge chicken in flour mixture, and place in baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350Â° for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is blended.
Spoon glaze over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
