2. In a bowl, put chicken, pour teriyaki sauce, red wine, and soy sauce in it.
3. Drop ginger, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Massage, and coat chicken evenly with marinade. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
4. Meanwhile, take wooden skewers, and soak them in water.
5. Skew the chicken lengthwise and place them on grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes each side or until done.
6. Serve chicken with teriyaki sauce dipping.
