Only four ingredients for a very tasty hors d'oeuvre.
3 Medium, juiced
3 Clove (15 gm), crush
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
2. In a wide bowl, and the chicken fingers and top with olive oil and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix the lime zest, lime juice and crushed garlic.
4. Pour the mix over the chicken fingers.
5. Top with cayenne pepper.
6. Pop into the broiler for 15 minutes.
