Caribbean Fire and Lime Chicken Fingers

Only four ingredients for a very tasty hors d'oeuvre.
Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Regular salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lime 3 Medium, juiced
  Lime rind 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crush
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.

MAKING
2. In a wide bowl, and the chicken fingers and top with olive oil and salt.
3. In another bowl, mix the lime zest, lime juice and crushed garlic.
4. Pour the mix over the chicken fingers.
5. Top with cayenne pepper.
6. Pop into the broiler for 15 minutes.

SERVING
7. Plate and serve as an appetizer.
