Roast Chicken Legs

This is my children's all time favorite dish. They call it "Mama Chicken." The secret is in the slow, long roasting. The method is the same for a whole chicken. Simply season it and make sure your oven is preheated to 350 degrees. Then I cook the leg quarters for about two hours basting a couple of times. When you cook for yourself you can Save Money, Eat Healthier, Live Greener and Have Fun!
  Chicken legs 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet paprika To Taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

2. Add the chicken legs to a roasting pan.
3. Add salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
4. Pop into the oven for 2 hours. Baste the chicken a couple of times while it cooks.

5. Plate and serve as main dish.
