1. Mix barbeque sauce and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
2. Keep the sauce mixture aside.
3. Preheat the grill.
4. In a casserole put chicken and season it with Malibu seasoning on both sides.
5. Take skewer and arrange chicken pieces on them.
6. Brush the sauce mixture over chicken skewer.
7. Place the chicken skewer over grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side.
8. Serve chicken appetizer with roasted tomatoes.
This dish can be served as lunch by simply adding salad in the plate.
