Crispy Chicken

Ingredients
  Corn flake crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken breast halves 2
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
Dip chicken in milk; roll in corn flake crumb mixture, coating well.
Place chicken in a lightly greased baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, and at 400° for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
