Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 5 Pound, cut into large chunks (3 large)
  Lemon 1 Large, cut into 8 wedges
  Juice of lemon 1 Medium
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh rosemary 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.

MAKING
2.In a mixing bowl Place a zip lock bag or plastic container and put all the ingredients except salt and pepper.
3.Refrigerate until ready to use; minimum of 30 minutes and maximum of 24 hours.
4.Pour everything into an oven safe baking dish.
5.Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
6.Bake for about 35-40 minutes.

SERVING
7.Serve with your favorite side dish.
