Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Pancake mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Broiler fryer 3 Pound, skinned
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside 1/2 cup.
Store remaining mix in an airtight container for later use.
Combine milk and eggs.
Dip chicken in egg mixture; then dredge in 1/2 cup pancake mixture.
Place chicken on a rack in a shallow baking pan; drizzle with melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
