Vegetable Stir-fry For Weight Loss

Ingredients
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tobasco sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fennel 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat the skillet or the stove top grilling pan.
2. Pour in olive oil.
3. Add the chopped vegetables and the shredded chicken.
4. Throw in the beans and saute.
5. Sprinkle in the chopped chives and fennel.
6. Drizzle the tobasco sauce.

SERVING
7. Garnish with cheese and serve.
