1.In a sauce pan, heat vegetable oil and saute the garlic in it.
2.Add onion and ginger and saute everything together.
3.Drizzle the fish sauce.
4.Empty the chicken in the frying pan and saute until the skin is brown.
5.Throw in the chayote and give it a stir.
6.Pour in the water.
7.Add the leeks.Cover and cook on high heat for 8 minutes.
8.Throw in the green chilies and top with the Chinese cabbage.
9.Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
