Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)
  Cubed cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine eggs, onion, celery, bean sprouts and chicken.
Pour about 1/4 cup egg mixture on hot greased griddle for each omelet.
Cook over medium heat until set but not dry on each side.
