Easy Baked Chicken

his is the easiest chicken breast recipe that I know but definitely packed with flavors.
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (Preferably Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Whole chicken 1

1) Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).

2) Mix dry herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover the chicken with the mixture.
3) Pop it to preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the juices run clear. Just remember, that the safest thing is to measure the exact internal meat temperature with suitable thermometer. It should reach 170° F (77°C).

4. Serve with veggies, mash or pasta rice.

To add unique “Twist” to those easy chicken breast recipes add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to herbs.
To make this recipe cheaper buy frozen chicken breasts (they are much cheaper than fresh ones).
To save time make more chicken breasts than you need and use left over’s for tomorrows easy chicken casserole recipe.
