1 Tablespoon (Preferably Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1) Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
2) Mix dry herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover the chicken with the mixture.
3) Pop it to preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until the juices run clear. Just remember, that the safest thing is to measure the exact internal meat temperature with suitable thermometer. It should reach 170° F (77°C).
4. Serve with veggies, mash or pasta rice.
