Chicken fingers but baked!! Bring it on!
Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken breast 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Panko bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 400*F.

 

MAKING

2.  In a shallow dish, place the egg. Put the panko crumbs in another dish.

3.  Dip a chicken strip into the egg first. Then dip the strip into the panko to coat evenly.

4. Grab a baking sheet and place a wire cookie sheet on top of it, this helps the chicken cook more evenly. Place the chicken on the sheet, sprinkle with a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of salt.

5. Bake the chicken for 10 minutes at 400*F. Increase the heat to 450*F and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

 

SERVING
6. Serve hot with Guy’s Bourbon Brown Sugar Sauce.
