Bourbon Chicken

USAFireAndRescue's picture
This is similar to Bourbon Chicken you might find in Chinese take-outs. It has a nice flavor combination of sweet and spicy. You may substitute the water with bourbon if you prefer. You may also use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
