Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breasts 4
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Tomatoes 4 , sliced (for garnish)
  Green pepper 1 , sliced in rings
  Mint sprigs 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Make 8 pieces from the chicken breast.
2. Blend yogurt, mustard, onion, curry and lemon juice.
3. Coat the chicken in marinade. Cover it and let it stand for 1 hour.
4. Broil the chicken for 20 minutes till it is cooked and tender.

FINALIZING
5. Transfer the chicken in a hot platter or serving plates.

SERVING
6. Serve lemon chicken garnished with green pepper rings, fresh mint parsley and tomatoes.
