Chicken A La King

Ingredients
  Chicken fat 4 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pimento 1 , chopped
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, pour some fat
2) Saute the mushrooms till soft for about 5 minutes
3) Add in the stock, stirring till the mixture comes to a boiling point
4) Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes
5) Add in the chicken, pimento and the sherry
6) Cook till the chicken is done

SERVING
7) Serve the chicken on toast or in patty shells
