Roast Pullet

Ingredients
  Pullet 5 Pound
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), mashed
  Chicken fat 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Kosher salt 3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine the potatoes, fat, onion a teaspoon of salt and a ¼ teaspoon of pepper
2) Stuff the pullet with the potato mixture
3) Using a needle and thread sew the opening or alternatively fasten the opening with skewers
4) Season the pullet with salt, pepper and the ginger
5) Place the pullet onto a roasting pan
6) Roast the pullet in the oven at 425 F for 45 minutes
7) Turn the pullet once in a while to brown all sides while roasting
8) Add water and reduce the oven temperature to 350 F
9) Roast the pullet for an 1 ½ hours longer till it becomes tender

SERVING
10) Serve the pullet warm with some boiled vegetables
