Parsley Chicken

Ingredients
  Ground cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Minced browned onion 4 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Kosher salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and heat butter in it. Add onion and cook until light brown.
2) Add chicken and egg yolk. Cook until egg yolk sets completely, stirring frequently.
3) Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
4) serve with chopped parsley.
