Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
  Pullet 14 Pound
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken fat 4 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced
  Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using a sharp knife, get the chicken cut up to pieces

MAKING
2) Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper to season the chicken
3) In a skillet, pour some fat
4) Fry the chicken till browned evenly
5) Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken and saute the onions
6) Return the chicken to the skillet and add in paprika and water
7) Place a lid on the skillet and cook the chicken on low heat till tender for 1 ½ hours

SERVING
8) Serve the chicken Spaetzel
