Spicy Grilled Chicken With Apples And Chiles

Ingredients
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , cored, seeded, and sliced thin
  Anaheim peppers 2 , cored, seeded, and sliced thin
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, cored, seeded, and sliced thin
  Finely chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boneless chicken breast halves 4 (With Skin)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste (A Few Grind)
  Tart apples 2
  Lightly salted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preparing a charcoal, wood, or gas grill or preheat the broiler

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine all the juices, peppers, onions, garlic, parsley, and cilantro
3. In a shallow dish, place the chicken breasts, and pour the marinade over them, then cover and chill it in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours
4. Lift the chicken from the marinade and pat dry, then take vegetable oil rub each piece with it,season with salt and pepper
5. Strain the reserved marinade, also reserving the liquid and solids separately
6. On a grill, place the chicken breasts over medium heat, skin side down and grill for about 4 to 5 minutes
7. Whn one side of the chicken is grilled, then turn to other side and grill for 3 to 4 minutes, take marinade and baste it from time to time
8. Meanwhile, peel and core the apples, then cut them into quarters and cut the quarters into slices
9 In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat, and when the butter is foaming, also add the apples and stir
10. Apples begin to brown, then take the sliced chilles form the marinade and season with salt and pepper
11. Finally put the grilled chicken breasts in the center of a serving platter, and spoon the apple mixture around them

SERVING
12. Serve with a sauce of your choice, also with salads or rice
