Roasted Blasted Chicken

A recipe from the Food Network's, Sara Moulton called Blasted Chicken. It is cooked in a 450° oven for 45 minutes, so it takes little time to have roasted chicken on the table for dinner.
Ingredients
  Whole chicken 1
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh rosemary sprigs 10
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

MAKING
2. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a heavy baking dish keeping the breast side up.
3. Bake at 400F for about 45 minutes, until the temperature at the leg - thigh joint is between 165 to 170F. Cover with a foil and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

SERVING
4. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
