Chicken Or Veal Pate

Ingredients
  Chicken liver/Calves liver 6 Ounce, cooked
  Chicken/Veal 4 Ounce, cooked
  Fresh white bread crumbs 2 Ounce
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 Small
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven at (325-350°F., Gas Mark 3-4).
MAKING
2)Bind minced liver and chicken with the breadcrumbs, nutmeg,salt and herbs if used.
3)Let it soften by adding eggs and milk to the batter and keeping it aside for sometime.
4) Mix worcestershire sauce to the mixture and place in loaf tin covering with greased foil.
5) Bake at 325-350°F., Gas Mark 3-4 for 45 minutes.
6) Let it cool and slice it.
SERVING
7)This authentic Chicken Or Veal Pate dish can be served with some drinks.
