Healthy Chicken and Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), skinned and cubed
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Zucchini 2 , unpeeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  Frozen spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), defrosted, drained & chopped
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2) Take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it except sherry.
3) Pour mixture into a baking dish.
4) Pour sherry over the entire mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.

SERVING
5) Spoon out mixture on individual plates and serve immediately.
