This is the easiest chicken breast recipe that I know but definitely packed with flavors.
Extra virgin olive oil
Mix dry herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Pop it to preheated oven to 350F (180C) for approximately 45 minutes or until the juices run clear. Just remember, that the safest thing is to measure the exact internal meat temperature with suitable thermometer. It should reach 170° F (77°C).
This is perhaps the easiest way to make a chicken roast. This recipe would just take 5 mins of prep time and perhaps 40 mins in the oven. You can serve this beautifully cooked bird with a variety of gravies and sauces of your choice. Enjoy!
