Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 12 Ounce, washed, dried and cut into 1/4-inch wide strips
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram/Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Hot chilli oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Relish 2 Ounce (Jimmy Schmidt's Brand, Use As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl put the chicken and squeeze the lime juice over it.
2. Sprinkle the herb, mix and leave it to marinate until ready to cook.
3. In a skillet heat oil, drain the chicken and cook over high heat until it becomes golden on all sides and cooked through.

SERVING
4. Serve It hot topped with the relish or on top of the relish.
