Baked Sesame Seed Chicken Balls

Ingredients
  Breast chicken 1 , chopped
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Sesame seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon 1 Dash
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a bowl, add chopped chicken breast and hoisin sauce.
Mix them well.
Add flour and egg.
Mix them well.
Put sesame seeds in a plate.
Shape chicken mix into balls.
Roll the balls into sesame seeds.
Place the chicken balls in a oven safe pan.
Sprinkle the balls with dash of tarragon.
Place the pan in the oven and bake them for 20 minutes.
In a cup, combine honey and soy sauce.
Mix them well.
Drizzle honey/soy mix over baked chicken balls.
Serve with plum sauce.
