Grilled Chicken Breasts
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken breast halves||4 , skinned|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried whole tarragon||1 Teaspoon|
1)To marinate chicken, spread mustard on both sides of chicken, and sprinkle with some pepper.
2)Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 2 to 4 hours.
3)By that time melt butter and add lemon juice, garlic salt, and tarragon and cook it for 5 minutes over low heat stirring it occasionally.
4)Remove the marinated chicken and place it on grill over medium coals. 5)Apply sauce, and grill it for 50 to 55 minutes or until done, turning and basting every 10 minutes.
6)Serve it hot with sauce.
