Deviled Chicken Thighs
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) (Large Clove)|
|Ginger/1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger||1 Large, sliced|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Cayenne)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Combine garlic and minced ginger with soy sauce, sherry, hot pepper, water and bring to boil in heavy pot, large enough to hold chicken.
2)Further to this add chicken, reduce heat and simmer in covered pot for at least 10 minutes.
3)Remove the cover and turn chicken pieces over and put the flame on high for liquid to boil.
4)Let the liquid get evaporated and let the chicken boil for 10 to 12 minutes till it turns golden in color.
5)Serve it nice hot.
