Supreme Of Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Spanish onion 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Red pepper 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Chicken stock cube 1⁄2
  Water 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Marsala/Sherry 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Skimmed milk 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
2. Skin chicken breast.
3. Thinly slice the onion and pepper.

MAKING
4. Into a saucepan, crumble and mix 1/2 stock cube with water; add Marsala and vegetables and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
5. In a cup, mix corn flour in little cold water and stir into the saucepan; simmer for 1-2 minutes.

FINALISING
6. Into a casserole dish, place chicken breasts and pour sauce on top.
7. Using a foil or lid, seal dish and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve hot Supreme Of Chicken Marsala over a nest of spaghetti.
