Chicken Ramekins

Ingredients
  Canned chunk style chicken 5 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon (Unflavored)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Grated orange rind 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
3) Into 6-ounce custard cups or well-buttered individual molds, firmly pack the mixture.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
5) Loosen the edges and unmold the ramekins onto a decorative serving platter. Serve while still hot.
