Chicken in Lime
|Chicken thighs/Chicken breast halves||6 Large|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coriander seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1)In a large skillet, heat oil.
2)Let both the sides of chicken pieces turn brown by cooking over medium heat.
3)Cut onion coarsely and put garlic through press, add to chicken.
4)When chicken has browned on both sides, add red pepper, cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric, and soy sauce.
5)Let it cook for 15-20minutes till chicken is tender.
6)Just before serving, sprinkle chicken with the juice of 1 lime, about 2 tablespoons.
7)Serve hot with lime quarters.
