|Sweet hungarian paprika||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In skillet heat oil.
2)Add chicken putting the skin sides down, let it become brown on one side over medium heat.
3)Cut onions and add to chicken.
4)Also seed and cut pepper and tomato coarsely add to skillet, and turn chicken.
5)Add paprika to the mixture and cook for about 10 minutes.
6)Add water, salt , pepper and reduce heat, cover and cook until chicken is tender and vegetables are soft for about 20 to 25 minutes.
7)Stir in sour cream or mixture of sour cream and yogurt before serving.
8)Do not boil.
9)Warm and serve.
