|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken halves||4 Small|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Chicken broth/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1)In a large skillet, heat oil.
2)Add curry powder and stir by placing chicken on skin side down.
3)Add chopped onion and put garlic through press into skillet.
4)Let the chicken be golden brown so cook it over medium-high heat.
5)Further turn and brown chicken on second side.
6)Chop tomato into small piece.
7)Add tomato, banana, chicken broth, yogurt, and salt and pepper.
8)Stir, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until chicken is tender.
9)Toward the end, if the sauce is too thin, remove cover and cook until thicker.
10)Serve it hot.
