Chick Pea Delight

Ingredients
  Cooked garbanzo beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed (Small Clove)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green pepper/2 tablespoons celery / both 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tofu 4 Ounce, drained (1/2 Package)
  Soy sauce/Tamari sauce 1 tablespoon 2 Tablespoon
  Safflower mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Blend garbanzo beans or mash them with a fork.
2.Stir in garlic, onion, pepper, tofu and safflower mayonnaise and soy sauce and mix it all well.

SERVING
3.Serve spread on whole wheat toast with cheese, sprouts, lettuce and tomato.
