Curried Chicken Boats
|Chicken and veal paste||3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped and toasted|
|Cream cheese spread||4 Ounce (1 Jar / 25 Grams)|
|Pastry boats||3 Dozen|
1. In a bowl combine meat paste with curry powder, chutney, cheese spread and almonds. Chill the mixture for until the time of serving.
2. Add a spoon of meat paste into each pastry boat and serve after garnishing with gherkins or stuffed olives.
