Broccoli, Chicken and Rice Casserole
|Broccoli au gratin rice||6 Ounce (1 box, UNCLE BEN'S Brand Dishes)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||1 Pound (4 pieces)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Frozen broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed|
|Reduced fat cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (1 cup)|
1 Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2 In 13x9-inch baking pan, combine rice and contents of seasoning packet.
3 Add in the boiling water and mix well.
4 Add the chicken.
5 Sprinkle with garlic powder.
6 Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
7 Add in the broccoli and cheese.
8 Continue to bake, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
9 Serve hot.
