|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg yolks||4 , well beaten|
1. Preheat the oven 375°
2. In a heavy skillet, tip in the flour and the seasonings and stir till smooth.
3. Blend in the chicken broth and stir till smooth while blending continuously
4. Mix a little of this hot gravy with egg yolks and then gently pour into the rest of the gravy while stirring continuously.
5. Pour over chicken as a dressing and bake for 35 minutes till the custard gravy is set and golden brown
6. Serve hot
