Crisp Baked Chicken
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving size pieces (1 In Number)|
|Melted fat||3 Tablespoon|
|Corn flakes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 450°
2. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper and 1 tblsp fat.
3. Crush the cornflakes into fine crumbs and then roll the chicken in the crumbs
4. Place the coated chicken in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with the rest of the fat. Bake in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until browned; reduce to slow oven (325°) and bake 30 minutes longer, or until tender.
5. Serve hot
