|Eggs||8 , beaten|
|Natural cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, shredded to make 1/2 cup|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in julienne strips|
|Snipped chives||1 Tablespoon, snipped|
1) Take a bowl and mix together first 5 ingredients.
2) In the electric skillet melt butter at 320 degrees. Add chicken and chives. Cook for 3 minutes.
3) Add the egg mixture and cook stirring in between until eggs set.
4) Remove from heat.
5) Serve chicken scramble for a quick breakfast.
